Why Folklore ?

Folklores are usually rich in values and are derived from local wisdom and cultures throughout the world. Certain folklores deliver narratives to respect and protect nature, either presented literally or symbolically. Folklore can help teachers and parents train their students’ language and communication skills in reading, speaking, and writing, at the same time it helps them build awareness on protecting nature, boost cultural literacy, nurture respectful behavior, and train their critical thinking ability.
